Why hospitality walls, not gallery walls
A gallery visit is a decision. A hotel lobby, a villa corridor or a restaurant wall is somewhere people already are, unhurried, for hours. The work is seen in the kind of room it might eventually hang in, which is a far better sales environment than a white cube or a scrolling feed.
For an independent artist without representation, hospitality is also the most accessible physical audience there is. Venues want atmosphere; you want eyes on the work. Those interests line up.
