For host venues

Art for hotels and restaurants, without buying it.

Rotating curated artwork for hospitality spaces. No acquisition cost, no renovation, and 20% of the price when a work sells from your wall.

01

The problem with buying art for a venue

Buying a collection is expensive, permanent and dated within a few seasons. Buying prints is cheap, invisible and says nothing about the property. Commissioning is slow. Most venues end up with walls that were decided once, years ago, and never revisited.

Hosting is the third option: real work by real artists, changed on a schedule, at no acquisition cost.

02

What hosting involves

You provide wall space and access for installation. XHIBT provides the curation, the artists, the coordination and a discreet marker beside each work so guests can find out what they are looking at.

There is no purchase, no renovation and no fee to the venue. Collections rotate approximately every 8–12 weeks, so the space stays current without capital expenditure.

03

What the venue earns

When a work hanging in your space sells, the venue receives 20% of the selling price. The creator receives 50% and XHIBT retains 30% for curation, logistics and the platform. Figures shown on this site are illustrative and quoted in Thai baht.

The commercial upside is real but secondary. The primary return is atmosphere: a property guests photograph, ask about and remember.

04

Which spaces suit it

Boutique hotels, design-led villas, restaurants and bars, members' clubs, wellness spaces, co-working and lobbies — anywhere guests linger and the interior already carries intent.

Practically: a wall with reasonable light, no direct salt spray or driving rain, and a location guests actually pass.

05

What the venue commits to

Reasonable care of the work while it hangs, access for install and de-install, and leaving the XHIBT marker in place so a guest who falls for a piece can act on it.

That is the whole commitment. No exclusivity on your interiors, no obligation to sell to guests, no staff training required.

06

Becoming a founding host

XHIBT is assembling its first host network in Koh Samui, Thailand, with Strata House Samui as the flagship alpha location. Founding hosts help shape how rotations, placement and guest discovery actually work.

The application takes a few minutes and asks about your space, your walls and your guests.

Walls that keep changing.

We are looking for the spaces that will define the first XHIBT rotations in Koh Samui.
