Privacy
How XHIBT handles your information.
Plain language, no boilerplate. This describes what happens to the information you send us through an application.
What we collect
XHIBT collects the information you enter into an artist or host application: your name, contact details, location, links you choose to share, and the details describing your work, your space and your preferences.
Why we collect it
We use it to review your application, to consider matches between artwork and spaces, and to contact you about the founding network. Applications are reviewed by people, not by an automated system.
Consent and contact
Submitting an application confirms that XHIBT may contact you about it. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your application, by replying to any message we send you.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Application details may be shared internally with the people running curation, and with the technical service providers hosting this website and its database.
Retention
Applications are kept while we are building and curating the network. If a match is not made, we may keep your details on file for future rotations unless you ask us to remove them.
Changes
XHIBT is in an early, deliberately hyper-local alpha. This page will be updated as the platform and its legal structure develop.
